I think it would great if AC would even follow their own policies. I don’t really think any of their staff who can access their lounges. Just had my third incident being denied access at Newark with boarding pass and electronic both granting access but the attendant refused. I don’t have a lot of faith in AC successfully implementing a policy.
I fully disagree that the Cafes should let in more people now. I found the YYZ one already crowded and now families with kids? Why can’t AC create family friendly zones in their regular lounges?
