Air Canada Unveils First Retrofitted Airbus A321

    Amazing what competition will do…. Free WiFi seems like a response to porter which flies a lot of the routes these planes will.

      Narrow body airplane backlogs are longer than a 757-300 fuselage. LOL. This is a no brainer move by AC to extend the life of the A320/321s especially with the newer A321XLR coming in for fleet commonality. Retiring these airplanes will have a negative impact on capacity when it is really needed. As long as the interiors are new and the airframes are airworthy I think the passengers will be happy with it and the free wifi! AC shareholders will be happy too.

    Finnair had external cameras on their A319s back in 2006. It might be a first for an Air Canada narrowbody.
