HSBC has recently changed their online banking site. I can’t seem to see my hsbc reward points accrued anymore, nor see any links to a rewards website? I was hoping to transfer to Singapore Air by the deadline this week. Has this affected anyone else? Is there a dedicated rewards website?

@Ricky, quick questions, on the the Krisflyer Gold status promo, does the 250k pts/miles transfer has to be in one single transaction or can it be multiple transactions that adds up to 250k miles transfer between the big 4 US flex points? I am in the US. I understand that this particular promo ends in Fed 2022.

Hi Ricky, thanks for the great content!

Would you consider flying Singapore Airlines business class as ‘aspirational’ compared to business class on other Asian carriers, or is it only the First & Suites class that is truly above the rest?

Still aspirational, but perhaps not quite as much of a cut above the rest as Singapore Suites is in First Class. For example, EVA Air business class is also very strong and some would argue better than Singapore Airlines as a regional competitor.

Glad to see them finally retro-fitting the fifth freedom route.

I think, I read that as long as we transfer 10000 or above Kris Flyer points then only it will be eligible for bonus. please check once.
