I was experiencing the same as Stephen. I phoned in. Took the CSR about a minute to add the promo to my account. Apparently it may take 24-hours for my account to show the registration.
As a Marriott Platinum, if I book two rooms for a one night stay paying cash, will I get 2+2 elite night credits with this promotion? The second room will be used for my teenage children
No it certainly won’t. During normal times, booking 2 rooms in the same night grant you 1 elite night only. So during the promotion, it would be 1 x 2 = 2 elite nights. In fact, if the T&C also states that only 1 room can qualify when booking multi rooms in the same night
I have Bonvoy Gold status via Platinum Amex card. My total elite nights in the Bonvoy account is 15 nights all earned from credit card. I thought gold status would read 25 elite nights and therefore 25 nights remaining to achieve next level? I am interested in this current promotion. Can you advise how many elite nights gold credit card status should earn?
