Did you earn Diamond by December 1, 2020? That’s the cutoff date to be eligible. If you didn’t receive the email, I’d check your spam folders and then give Hilton Honors a call to verify if you’re eligible.

Ricky, Got AMEX Aspire Hilton card 5 weeks ago. Got the 150k Hilton points posted. Question: Is airline incidental credit based calendar year, so still can use on my designated SWA airline til 12/31? Do you know if I add Early Bird boarding to existing reservation to child’s flight I bought- is that incidental??
Yes, it’s based on the calendar year. And yes, I believe the Early Bird boarding with Southwest tends to count as an airline incidental.
