I agree with Etienne. Moreover, the statement “this Amex Offer provides good coverage of the grocery chains in Canada that accept American Express” thus appears not to be quite true, unless Quebec is considered as not being in Canada… (This comment is meant as a joke, not as a “Independent Quebec” statement).
I just checked the list and my Safeway in Brooks, AB is not among participating locations.
No retailers in Quebec! :/
