Will purchasing gift cards, specifically AirBnB, through the Amazon eStore link qualify under this promotion? I can’t see anything in the fine print that would disqualify it. I’m all registered for the 10x event with my co-branded visa. Just waiting for black Friday now and wondering if this purchase will be honored!
Aeroplan is also offering 50 million Aeroplan points, split equally among all members who book an eligible Air Canada flight – so if there are 5 members booking all at the same time- does each member get at least 1,000 bonus points?
On this. It says that iPhone 15 is excluded from earning points. Does that mean it’s excluded from the co branded 10x as well, or just the apple 5x bonus?
Other than the bonus eStore multipliers, there isn’t much to see here.
Biggest marketing blitz of the year, alright.
Is there a known good working setup of operating system / browser / settings ? I can not get these portals to work for me, and don’t have much appetite for burdensome follow-up.
The eStore technical setup is horrible. I’ve lived your pain. Here is what you need to do:
1. Close your web browser….completely, no open tabs
2. Open your web browser and go to the Aeroplan eStore (even if you have the plugin!)
3. Navigate to Retailers
4. Choose the retailer you desire and then click the “Shop and earn” popout button and wait for it to take you to the site
5. Navigate and OPEN every item you want to purchase and add-to-cart as if you are shopping brand new (even though you may know exactly what you are going there for).
HAVE AN EMPTY CART EVERY TIME!!!!!!!! ADD EVERYTHING FRESH!!!!!!!
6. Purchase and checkout
Note: Using wish-lists if the retailer supports that feature is a nice convenience. But even if you are using that you MUST open the product up and add to your cart from that merchant’s view/page. Your navigation to the product page is what gets logged in the eStore. All they do is match purchases against you navigating to products within the same day to give you the reward.
Do not do anything else while you are doing this process. Don’t get distracted by Facebook, or your email, or the news, or even the kids. Just focus on your opening the product, adding to cart, and checking out.

Just make sure your browser is not in “Incognito” or “Private” mode. Also, after you clicked on the links, make sure you follow through the purchase process: Adding items into the cart and complete the transaction all in the same sitting. So don’t add things into the card before clicking on the estore link. The “Adding into the cart” part is important for Aeroplan to capture your purchase.

Does any money spent count towards your SQD?
The spending will count towards EQD instead of SQD.

I had similar issues last year involving a large number points ( I also had documentation.) It seems to be almost impossible to speak to an individual.
In fairness, I finally had the points credited; however it took many attempts over a period of months.

I tried this last year, and 2/3 of my purchases did not earn the bonus miles. I spent month trying to get the bonus miles.
Skip this……it is not worth the hassle.
I have bad experience with aeroplan estore. The credit just never registered. Contacting the support takes several months and they always rejected my request even though I have screen capture on the buying process.
