    I would have loved to do the survey but when I found the info in today’s newsletter it had already closed. The disappearance of “sweet spots” due to Aeroplan’s outrageous dynamic pricing was the biggest disappointment for me in 2021. A massive devaluation of our hard-earned points, particularly in Business Class.

    This survey is missing a lot of options and has not been completely thought out. Please improve the options. A lot of these need an N/A response option or other option.

    There is a problem with the survey for non-Canadians and those without credit card/bank experience in Canada. The survey does not allow a N/A response. Thus to complete the survey I would have to give bogus answers in those sections to enter the answers in the sections I have opinions on. Thus I have not done the survey at all
