Hi Ricky, I think Alaska Miles updated the policy that tickets purchased between February 27, 2020 – May 31, 2020 and Original Travel Dates February 27, 2020 – April 30, 2021 can have free cancel or change. I believe it applies to reward tickets as well. Please check below
