Do you think it would be better to book a hotel for Friday night by the airport where the reception is taking place or downtown near the event venue taking place the next day?

Most likely downtown, since we’re getting started pretty early on the Saturday.

The only info that I would like is where the Friday night affair and the Saturday night show will be so that I can arrange the right hotel to be booked in.
