Hi,
I heard that seats 9A/K on Boeing 777 have a better leg room in bed mode.
Can anyone confirm that ?
Hello TJ Dunn, I read your article online, I am about to making a booking for my daughter (age 9) and me for flying YYZ to YVR (787-8) (Aircraft 788)and I wanted to know if you advise window and aisle or for us to be one behind the other. I am disappointed to read that the divider no longer folds down between the 2 middle seats. What do you recommend, seats 2K and 3K (I will sit behind her) …….or 2G & 2K (she can have window and I sit across from her)? Also another question: If we are both sitting down in seats 2G and 2K, can we actually see each other? I would appreciate your assistance very much! Sincerely, Patricia
Only on the 777 the middle divider is not retractable. On the 787, the one you are on, the divider can be lowered
I had noted in my files that rows 9 and 10 had no window (A and K seats of course). How is that possible if there are only 8 rows. Did I glitch somewhere?

3 my fav row….close to front for quicker service…and no noise from galley!!!
Hi TJ,
Thank you for the valuable info. If I’m traveling with my 5 yr old and 23 month old on lap from yyz to hnd (777 aircraft), what do you think are the best seats? I’m looking at a few options:
– 6k and 7k
– 6k and 6G
– 3g and 3k
My husband will need to wait until the day of for an upgrade. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Hmm, in this case, I’d probably go with a G and K combination. The G seats are set slightly back from the K seats, so you could keep an eye on your 5 year old. My choice would be go for 3G and 3K, as it’s closer to the flight attendants in the galley, who I’m sure would be glad to assist with anything, need be.
Thank you TJ. Right now the whole BC cabin is empty so we are free to choose any seats lol
6k ❤️
I like 1A/1K. Faster service, closest to the bathroom and exit, window seat, and still feels private.
